Filing a Takedown Notice

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) where the allegedly infringing material is located on Open Law Guide.
- Your contact information (name, address, email address, and telephone number).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including your signature, identification of the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of removing infringing material and, where appropriate, terminating access for any user or contributor who repeatedly infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
